Summary

116\' Foreign flagged motor yacht seeking a licensed mate.

Private only, NE for summer season and Florida / Caribbean for the winter season.

Position is not an entry level position and requires someone that can run the deck and a 37\' center console on their own comfortably.

Should have 2-3 years experience to be considered.

The captain, chief stew and deck/stew all help on deck so their is no excuse that this position is too much work.

This is a new build vessel so we are looking for a candidate that will care about the vessel as the other crew do keeping her in this condition and pristine.

We run a very hands on program where all of the crew help out where needed.

There will be children onboard from time to time so must like kids.

Fishing and engineering experience is a plus.

There will be a trial/probation period of 90 days.

The mate will have their own cabin.

The crew will also have a crew house this summer in NE.

This program will have other benefits and perks once the trial/probation period is complete and the candidate proves themself.
