Summary

•45m Private/Charter dual season Motor yacht is looking for a Bosun to join them 11th May onwards

•Fantastic opportunity to work with a great Captain, crew and an owner who generously rewards longevity!

•The yacht has an interesting itinerary including Northeast US coast, NY, Caribbean and potential to cruise West Coat US and Alaska down the line!

•Must have solid deck knowledge, proficient in driving tenders up to 40ft and minimum Yachtmaster certification.

•B1/B2 Visa required

•If you are working towards OOW and have experience with holding bridge watches this will be advantageous

•The yacht is mostly private use but with some usage from the owners friends who do tip generously!

•They need a driven, motivated Bosun who can run the deck team and lead by example whilst passing on knowledge through training. You will be overseeing a team of 2 deckhands on deck

•On offer is a salary of 5500 USD, 60 days leave, 2 weeks leave increase per year, full medical insurance and substantial bonus structure which increases each year! Package is flexible for the right candidate with some room for negotiation both on leave and salary.
