14 crew in total, 9 onboard at a time.

All duties are rotated on interior on and off trip.

We spend winters in South Florida with the occasional Bahamas trip, crew are given generous amounts of time off during the winter. Summer season in New England is busy with guests coming onboard every weekend. Guests are friendly, relaxed and family orientated. They spend most weekends at their farmhouse at the pool where we do a beach style set up and cook outs for them. Owners like to interact with the crew, especially the chief stew, and they are highly involved with the vessel.

Crew are a friendly team where everyone is treated respectfully, looking for someone to fit in to the dynamic onboard.

Someone with B1/B2 in hand & based in the states preferred but not essential.
