Summary
SEASONAL SOUS CHEF POSITION :
We are actively seeking a highly experienced and talented Sous Chef for a 65-meter Charter Yacht, located in the Mediterranean.
The ideal candidate should have previous experience on yachts, serving as a Sole Chef or Sous Chef, with a minimum of 2 to 3 seasons of guest service experience. The Sous Chef should be well-versed in Mediterranean cuisine, with a particular affinity for authentic Italian and International dishes. The responsibilities of the Sous Chef will encompass cooking for the crew and providing assistance to the Head Chef.
This position calls for a serene and energetic individual who is passionate about their craft and boasts a varied portfolio along with solid references.
Qualifications :
STCW BST with PDSD – ENG1 valid for more than 6 months – Ship’s Cook Certificate – Food and Safety Level 3
Visa/work Requirements
E.U Residents or candidates holding a Schengen Visa valid until 11/2024, already located in the EU, preferably in the South of France.
Contract :
This is a seasonal Position starting on 01st May to the end of September 2024.
