SPECIFICATION: Chief Stewardess

looking for a full time Chief Stewardess for a 40m private yacht which runs with 9/10 crew. Looking to start ASAP.

We are looking for someone who is a good all-rounder in both administration, management, service, and housekeeping and who has experience in training the interior team consisting of 2nd and 3rd Stewardess. The ability to interact with the guests is integral to this role as you will be responsible for concierge services to the guests.

The service style is a mixture of High standard silver service for the principal, alongside more informal service with other members of the family. Emphasis on Silver service skills.

The boat is run in a family style although the principal guest always demands a high standard so you must be able to manage and oversee that this level is met during the entire season. The boat is run on teamwork and you must be willing to assist in other departments when required, you will be working very closely with the Chef and Captain so must be flexible and adaptable.

Currently based in El Gouna Egypt. The crew live ashore when in El Gouna, Apartment accommodation supplied. When in El Gouna the yacht is more a day boat so to speak and has light owner use on a day trip basis, the boat does not stay out past sunset. Crew return to their apartments each night.

The yacht’s itinerary is roughly 60 days summer in Mykonos and cruising around the Med, after shipyard works The boat will then return to El gouna, Egypt.

Package:

 5000+ (depending on experience) euro per month permanent contract.

 38 days holiday per year

 PERFORMANCE BASED BONUS 13th months at the owner’s discretion

 Courses paid for: the boat will pay 50% of the cost upon completion of the course and the other 50% a year after completion.
