Captains Position - New 112ft San Lorenzo (2023)
Private, with a plan to become a charter vessel
Foreign Flagged
Summers in the Mediterranean
Winters based out of Miami with possible local trips
American owners - Laid back family with children
Ample notice given before trips and future travel plans
The vessel runs with 4 Crew permanently, plus a 5th (chef) for longer trips
Position to be filled ASAP, before the upcoming shipyard period in South Florida
The Ideal Candidate;
Experience with navigating through the Mediterranean
Happy to muck in throughout all departments to help keep the hospitality at its best!
Experience with San Lorenzo and/or Italian built yachts preferred
Experience as a Captain on a similar sized vessel, managing 4 crew minimum
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional presentation
Qualifications;
Minimum 500GT License (Vessel is a little over 200GT)
Full STCW - Advanced
PDSD
ENG1
Applicable Visa to work onboard within the USA/EUROPE
Compensation;
Salary 12-15k - based on experience level
Health Insurance
1 return flight home per year
Annual leave allowance in accordance with the Bohemian Flag
Atlantic crossing (boat transported) - given as additional time off
