•Our client is looking for a Rotational (time for time), 2nd Chef for a private, new build, 80m MY
•This is an amazing opportunity to join a vessel at an exciting time at the beginning of the vessels ‘life’!
•The owners are European, and have a love for diving, therefore this vessel is set to have an exciting cruising itinerary
•The ideal candidate must have proven longevity from their previous position, ideally around 2 years on one vessel and 5+ in the industry on similar sized vessels.
•Formal chef training or experience in high end restaurants is essential
•Food Hygiene Level 3
•Must be career driven & passionate about cooking and show natural flair & ability to assist with guest service.
•Pastry experience a plus but not expected
•Candidate should be hardworking, focused on long term goals & longevity
•Leave: 2:2 rotation
•Salary: 4500 -5000eur DOE
•Start date: ASAP, negotiable
