Semi Rotational Position -
Looking for a 2nd Chef to work under a very experienced Head Chef, who has been with the captain and owner\'s for over 15 years. Permanent position on a single season vessel (Med). The two chef\'s rotate during the winter (approx 2 weeks: 2 weeks), then both are onboard from June to September. Must speak fluent French and English (international crew but Head Chef is French). Professionally run vessel with extremely high longevity within the permanent crew. Very nice captain and owners. Position is ideally suited to someone who has trained at a culinary school and worked in high end restaurants for 1-2 years, and is looking for their first position on a yacht. The Head Chef wants someone who is willing to learn and inspired to grow as a chef.
