We are NOW seeking a Female Bosun for a 52m M/Y

Due to cabin arrangements and crew complement.

ENG1 Current

OOW 3000 or 500 at a minimum

B1/B2

Rotation 5:1

Start Date: Mid September 2024

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the deck crew

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a calm and composed demeanour under pressure

Thorough knowledge of deck equipment, systems, and maintenance procedures

Proficient in the use of navigation and seamanship tools, including GPS, charts, and mooring equipment

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with the captain, engineers, and interior crew

Ability to work long hours, often in physically demanding conditions, and maintain a positive attitude

Fluency in English, with the ability to understand and communicate in additional languages (preferred)
