Summary

We are looking for an experienced Deckhand with at least 1 year as Deckhand on a 60m+ MY to join this high profile Private/Charter MY.

Our ideal candidate is organized and efficient, good with juggling a lot if things at the same time in a calm and professional manner, a great communicator, with excellent problem-solving skills, detail oriented and willing to exceed guest expectations.

The candidate is to be Level-headed, no drama and a self-starter, someone who takes safety very seriously. Confident in driving tenders and good will all sorts of watersports and enjoys it.

We are looking for a positive and energetic candidate with a calm and professional attitude and a great sense of humour, keen to progress in the industry and has a solid foundation when it comes to maintenance. Not looking for someone who is just here to "party".

Deckteam is Chief Officer, 2nd Officer, Bosun, Lead Deckhand, 2 Deckhands

Job Title: Deckhand

Contract: Permanent

Yacht: Charter/Private 70m+ MY

Starting date: 1 October 2024

About the program: Med summer, Winter yard period.

Required Documents/Certificates: STCW, ENG1, Minimum Yacht Rating, PWC with Instructors is a bonus.

Requirements for application: Minimum 1 year experience as a Deckhand on a 60m+ MY, Charter experience is a bonus, Great communicator, Good verifiable references, Takes safety very seriously, Water sports experience, Maintenance experience

Salary: Euros DOE
