We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a skilled sole engineer to join our world-class fleet, operating a brand new 36-meter luxury motor catamaran. As part of our dynamic charter program, you’ll be part of a team that sails to some of the most stunning destinations around the globe.

Experience: 1-2 Years in Yachting or Land-Based Roles

Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for engineering and be eager to take on a variety of responsibilities across departments and vessels within our fleet.

Key Responsibilities:

Engineering planned maintenance, populating maintenance tasks, inventory of engineering components,

Support all operations, deck maintenance, docking, and tender operations.

Assist with navigation and safety procedures, ensuring the vessel is always charter-ready.

Be proactive in assisting with guest activities and ensuring a high standard of service.

Provide support to other departments as needed, ensuring smooth operations across the vessel.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

A positive, can-do attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.

Demonstrated experience and competence in deck operations, with the flexibility to assist other departments.

A team player willing to learn and collaborate with the experienced crew, including working closely with the Captain and Interior Manager on our 85m mothership.

Requirements:

Must have strong references and proven longevity in previous roles.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to the dynamic needs of a busy charter program.
