TYS Recruitment is looking for a Lead Housekeeper to join a busy 75m private, dual-season MY.

• Start Date: End of September/Beginning of August

• Joining Location: Spain

• Salary: +/-€4000, DOE

• Leave: 3:1 rotation

• Experience: 2 years (And preferably some leadership experience)

• Visas: Schengen and B1B2

• Female due to cabin arrangements

• Preference for UK/EU-based candidates

The ideal candidate is someone who has leadership experience and has at least 2 years of housekeeping experience onboard vessels of a similar size. You’ll be joining an experienced interior team of 7, with an excellent and supportive Chief Stew who supports you, while allowing you to lead your department. Additionally, there is a great training scheme and bonus structure in place.

The vessel has a busy dual-season programme and is currently completing trips in the Mediterranean. The vessel\'s home port is in Palma when there are no guests onboard. While this is a very busy programme, they pride themselves on excellent time management, and crew can get off and explore the ports in their downtime while guest on. The vessel plans to cross to the Caribbean in November, thereafter returning for the 2025 Mediterranean season.

There is a dynamic and supportive multi-national crew onboard, with excellent captains who foster a positive crew dynamic. The crew enjoy keeping fit and active, and spending time together when time allows.
