Burgess recruitment is currently seeking a Temp Bosun for a 60m+ motor yacht

We are seeking an experienced Bosun to join a 60m+ on a temporary contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has previously held the position of Bosun and is looking to contribute during our maintenance period, participate in the delivery to Antigua, and potentially take part in the Antigua Yacht Show and one charter.

Requirements:

•Experience: Minimum of 4 years as a Bosun.

•Skills: Strong maintenance experience, with a solid understanding of yacht upkeep and repair.

•Visa: B1/B2 visa preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

•Assist with the vessel\'s maintenance period, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standard.

•Participate in the delivery of the yacht to Antigua.

•Prepare and present the yacht for the Antigua Yacht Show.

•Potentially participate in one charter.

•Perform routine maintenance and ensure the deck is in top condition.

•Collaborate with the crew to ensure smooth operations.

End Date: 10 December

Salary: DOE

Private and Charter

Dual season -Med summer- Caribbean/BVI’s/Bahamas winter

Maintenance periods in Mallorca

End October crossing to the Caribbean
