Summary

Private vessel looking for an experienced Lead Housekeeper to join our fabulous interior team. Ideally looking for someone with 4 years experience in the industry and at least 1 year of this time leading a dynamic, large team on a busy program. There will be a good handover with the current lead HK, who has been onboard for several years. The role is entirely HK, so it will not suit someone looking to step into service. Must be passionate about housekeeping and have strong knowledge in luxury yachting finishes, provisioning, inventories, wardrobe management, packing and basic laundry knowledge. There is a strong element of responsibility for this role, directly managing 4 housekeepers/laundryman. The program is demanding and very busy with guest movements/cabin allocations, so successful candidate must have experience with managing schedules and demands.

Salary DOE to be discussed in final interview stages but will increase once handover is complete
