Busy private vessel
Chef needed for a busy dual season expedition style vessel. They are looking for a Chef that can take advantage of what is available locally and produce fresh, healthy, and balanced meals for guests and 12 crew. Other cooking styles such as Asian will be looked on favourable.

Itinerary: Mediterranean/ Caribbean
Package: Salary in Euros –10 weeks per year
Skills and Attributes Required:
Professionally trained
Experience on similar sized vessels
Confident with using fresh local produce, particularly seafood
Meticulous about cleanliness and maintaining high hygiene standards
True solutions and problem solver
Professional presentation
Qualifications Required:
Food Safety and Hygiene Certificate level 2
STCW (Fully Updated) with PDSD
Seafarer\'s Medical Certificate
No Visible Tattoos/Non-Smokers
