Rotational 2nd Chef – Private Yacht 100m+ MY
•Start date: 15th of November
•Location: Europe / Middle East
•Package: Salary in Euros, 176 paid day leave (2:2)
Experience and attributes required:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in high-end restaurants, hotels, or cruise ships.
•Demonstrated ability to prepare a variety of cuisines (e.g., Mediterranean, Asian, Arabic, Fusion).
•Strong culinary skills with a keen eye for detail and presentation.
•Ability to plan, prepare, and execute multi-course meals for guests and crew.
•Confident with a la carte service.
•Meticulous about cleanliness and maintaining high hygiene standards.
•Ability to adapt to changing guest preferences and dietary requirements.
•Flexible with working hours and capable of working under pressure. Ability to work effectively with other crew members.
•Fluent English both written and oral
Qualifications required:
•Food Hygiene Level 3 or higher
•Fully updated STCW
•Proficiency in Designated Security Duties
•Crowd and Crisis management
•Seafarer’s Medical Certificate (Min 6 months validity)
•Seaman’s Discharge Book
•Covid vaccination - initial vaccines and booster (client request)
