Summary
We are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef for a busy Charter M/Y which is offering a permanent contract. The Sous Chef should be driven and be passionate about their skill while looking to gain further knowledge and striving to become a Head Chef one day. They should be able to prepare a variation of meals/cuisines catering to dietary requirements. A positive attitude is valued and someone who is good with following direction, practices high hygiene standards and has good time management would be best suited to the role. Due to cabins this role is aimed at female chefs only. Excellent references and proven longevity are essential. This contract is offering 45 days annual leave. There is a brilliant head chef on board who is happy to teach so someone who is culinary trained and newer to the industry is also welcome to apply. The salary will range between 5200-6000 USD depending on experience + shared charter tips. The job is starting on the 1st of October in USA.
