Itinerary: USA - the boat will be in Bahamas for about 2-3 months then they will come back to FLL
License: NONE, Sole Chef experience on similar sized vessels.
Must be competent in certain dietary restrictions.
Requirements:
STCW and ENG1, Passport, B1B2 visa, Schengen visa as needed.
Previous experience on same size vessels is a plus
Comfortable cooking for 6 - up to 10 guests and 4 crew
Job specifics: Someone with great ideas and impressive food plating.
Male as per cabin arrangements.
Runs with 4 crew.
No dietary restrictions, but we would like the Chef to know a multitude of cuisines and be capable of accommodating guests' requirements.
Kosher cooking, gluten free and vegetarian/vegan will be great advantage.
Experience running a galley on similar sized vessels (Can also be larger vessel, but they have to have realistic expectations for galley size).
Solid previous experience required.
Solid references from previous Captains.
Strong English is a must.
