Summary

Looking for a Captain to join an established program on a 30m performance cruiser sloop.

The itinerary is an exciting one for any potential candidate. The owner is a wonderful family man, a dream employer for any crew.. which will inform quite a selective process to find a replacement as the previous Captain has had 5 successful years working for this family and would like to find the right character for his replacement.
