55m Private / Charter looking for a Deckhand to join our team at short notice.

We are looking for a positive upbeat candidate who is ready to hit the ground running and finish off the season before a short maintenance period then crossing the Atlantic. The ideal candidate will have at least a years experience having worked to a high standard and come from a busy yacht. Training can be given onboard, we want someone with a can do attitude and ready to get stuck in and follow guidance given

Candidate requirements:

Hold a Schengen or EU passport (UK is also fine)

Hold B1B2

English mother tongue

Available within 2 weeks

All certs up to date

Have minimum 1 year experience on similar size vessels

On offer is a standard MLC contract (Cayman flag)

Salary TBD depending on experience but competitive.

Leave: 60 days with 1 return economy flight pear year

Full medical

We are a dual season yacht and we will complete a short maintenance period before the Atlantic crossing.

Crew with additional skills will be prioritised - please explain what you can offer in the cover letter (we are not a diving boat, please dont include this)
