Summary

EXPERIENCED STEWARDESS

Minimum 1 years’ experience on a busy charter boat (absolutely no greenies, sorry), or private yacht with a busy and active programme with lots of guest action.

Must have experience in service, housekeeping and laundry and be a strong candidate in all areas as this position will be rotating between each role for each charter.

Permanent position, joining ideally middle of September

Salary 2,700 euros, non-negotiable. Rotational system with 77 days leave per year split into two periods, 2 x return flights per year, all charter tips split evenly, great bonus scheme onboard!

Standard MLC contract

Certificates required: valid STCW, ENG1, Food hygiene level 2, PDSD

Fluent English essential

Extra skills considered an advantage

Must be able to hit the ground running, take onboard what they are taught well, be a quick learner and adapt well to change! This is a very busy charter boat with short turnarounds, long days, demanding guests and back-to-back trips.

This is not a position that allows lots of time training hence the need for a strong candidate that can step onboard and be hands on from the start.

Working in a team of 8 girls with 6 on at any one time.
