Summary

Private 68m motor yacht looking for a junior stew to join an interior team of 6. Green stews applying MUST have hospitality experience. One season in yachting would be preferred. Female due to cabin arrangements. Fluent English is a must. No Spanish speakers unfortunately. Joining towards the end of a busy shipyard period to put the boat back together and prepare for the upcoming Caribbean season. This is a slower program, often with long periods of time (in top marinas) in between boss trips. Family owned vessel, no big parties or late nights. Usually cruise Caribbean for winter and Med for summer. Longevity is highly favoured on board so looking for someone willing to commit to the program. Candidates located in the UK ideally. Visas must be in hand if needed (Schengen and UK). Certificates and documents all up to date. 13th month bonus given at owner’s discretion. Good annual salary increase structure in place.
