URGENT 3:1 rotational MALE Crew Chef required for this beautiful 80m+ dual season, busy charter and private motor yacht. Lovely owners and phenomenal crew. Plenty of longevity aboard.
Must be someone with a strong culinary background onshore - plenty of experience working in high-end kitchens, with a good all-round ability and knowledge of various cuisines. Candidate must have at least one season onboard a 50m+ yacht. Someone who has excellent hygiene standards and top organisational skills and time management. This is a position for a hard worker who likes to impress and keep a crew happy, healthy and well fed. A galley team of three chefs and a galleyhand in total. A drama-free environment, working among good people. No big egos please.
You will be responsible for working with the team to keep storage clean and well inventoried, cold spaces maintained impeccably, and you will be expected to manage provisions and budget for crew food. A great opportunity to learn under incredibly talented head and sous chefs.
Candidate must be available for an immediate start. All essential certificates and visas must be valid and in good order for a Mediterranean embarkation.
