We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Private Personal Assistant to support an UHNWI based in London. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in a similar private household setting, possess exceptional organisational skills, and be able to handle a fast-paced and demanding work environment.
Duties will include:
Act as the primary point of contact and right-hand person to the principal.
Provide comprehensive personal and administrative support with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
Manage a dynamic and on-call schedule, being available 24/7 as needed.
Coordinate and assist with organising events, both personal and professional.
Liaise and collaborate with another PA based in the US to ensure seamless communication and coordination across time zones.
Take charge of staff recruitment, including hiring and managing household staff.
Handle travel arrangements, including visas, passports, and itineraries.
Make restaurant reservations and manage social engagements.
Attend meetings on behalf of the UHNWI, taking notes and ensuring follow-up actions are completed.
Oversee the smooth operation of a fully staffed property, ensuring all household needs are met promptly and efficiently.
Proficiency in using Apple/MAC systems and other relevant technologies.
Candidates must have proven experience as a Personal Assistant in a private household setting. Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities with meticulous attention to detail essential. You should have the ability to maintain confidentiality and use sound judgement and discretion at all times. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with a high energy level with the ability to work under pressure is essential. A proactive and self-motivated approach with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative and the flexibility to be on call as required is vital, as well as flexibility to travel if required.
Top negotiable salary based on experience, circa £90,000 gross per annum.
