Our Client is looking for an experienced Head Chef to join this lovely, 55m, private, world-cruising MY
The ideal candidate will have previous yachting experience as Head Chef ideally on similar sized vessels
The owners are from the US, they enjoy simple, fresh food with plenty of salads, fish and using local produce. Their children much prefer simpler food; chicken wings, pasta, pizza etc.
This is a dual-season, world-cruising vessel, currently in the US with a very exciting itinerary. They will be cruising Costa Rica, Nicaragua through the Panama Canal and onto the Caribbean.
This is a fairly relaxed programme, with easy-going owners who use the vessel approx. 3 months of the year (not consecutively)
The crew is multinational, with a lovely captain who has been with the programme for 4 years. They are very active, social and when not working enjoy spending time together! One of the deckhands is also a kite-surf instructor, he enjoys getting the crew involved!
It’s important that the candidate has excellent time-management skills, working towards the same schedule every day for the crew and providing plenty of healthy and nutritious ‘weekend food’ when not guest on.
Ideally, candidates will have additional party and bread making skills!
Salary: 7000 – 8000 USD doe
