TYS Recruitment is seeking an Experienced Stew for a private/charter 74m M/Y currently in Italy.

Start date: 4 October

Salary: €3300

Visa: Schengen and B1/B2.

Leave days: 60 days

Females, due to cabin arrangements

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 to 2 years of solid yachting experience on vessels of similar size or a strong second stew on 50m motor yachts. The interior team consists of 6, and you will rotate throughout the interior, focusing on housekeeping and service. Cocktail-making and wine knowledge would be a bonus.

The Owners are a wonderful American family who enjoy formal service styles. You should be confident in synchronised and plated service. You will assist in overseeing junior stews, so a fine eye for detail and willingness to be a team player is mandatory to maintain high standards onboard.

You will be part of a diverse crew that spends time together ashore and enjoys active outdoor activities when time allows.

The vessel's future plans include a season in the Caribbean (with booked charters) and the Mediterranean in 2025. Additionally, the vessel regularly attends charter yacht shows and has a few returning charter clients.
