Looking for an experienced sole chef to join a 40m+ busy charter vessel.

Great opportunity for a chef with charter experience looking to join a dual season vessel with an upcoming Caribbean season coming off a busy back to back charter season in the med.

Ideal candidate would be energetic, creative and must have previous experience in the industry. Crew is active so someone who lives an active lifestyle will fit in well with the rest of the crew.

Experience with provisioning in the med as well as Bahamas and Caribbean is essential as cruising itinerary will be Caribbean and Bahamas (with charters already booked for the season) and then back to the med for a Europe summer.

The vessel will be in the shipyard for a short time in Florida from late Sep to mid-Nov so ideally looking for the right candidate to start then and then hit the ground running with an exciting Caribbean season ahead.

Salary range 6.5k - 7.5k euros DOE.

60 days leave. 2x flights per year.

Bonus structure in place.

Annual training allowance

Full medical.

B1/B2 required.

Start date around the 21st September to join the vessel in Florida.
