Book Keeper/ Yacht Administrator
As a Bookkeeper/ Administrator, you will provide support to the Senior Accountant with the day to day, financial operations of the organisation. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses exceptional organizational skills, and can adeptly handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Flexible, proactive, resourceful, and easily adapting to last minute changes.
Key responsibilities of the role include, but not limited to:
· Ensure accurate and timely reporting
· Provide day-to-day accounting support
· Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
· Create and update records and databases with financial, banking and other data
· Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Candidate minimum requirements:
· 2- 5 years of experience working as a bookkeeper/accountant
· Experience using Microsoft Excel
· Understanding of accounting principles
· Experience managing yacht accounts
· Preparing financial reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing accounting information
· Fluent English & French language skills (written and spoken)
· Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
· Attention to detail
Position is based in Monaco, ideal candidate would live nearby.
Salary range between €2.5k – €3k depending on experience.
