New built, dual season 60mt Amels is looking for a Rotational Chief Officer.

Strictly private program.

From October to January the boat will be in Italy for warranty period. The winter itinerary is still to be confirmed, but the boat most likely won’t go to the Caribbean.

Starting date: between 20th and 24th of September

Rotational scheme 10/10 with the following structure: Probational period of 30 days (with 3.5 days of leave during the probation period and then start the 10/10 rotation) this means that the first time the new chief officer comes onboard he will be for 10 weeks and 30 days onboard.

Salary on rotation is 5.500 Euro p.m. During the 30days of probation period - that is NON rotational - it will be of 7.000 Euro

Male or female candidate

The ideal candidate should be someone who has been a Chief Officer on a 45+ mt motor yacht, with proven longevity, which means at least 2 years on the same boat.

Main language onboard is English but needs to speak either Spanish, Italian or Portuguese.

Strong leadership, good with ISM, creating procedures, following guidance, no drama. Hands on, must spend time on deck to mentor and guide the deck team of 4. Good driving skills for a chase boat 12mt inboard, LIMO 9mt and Jet Drive rib.

Many driving opportunities on the main vessel.
