We are in search of an experienced Head of Housekeeping to join our dynamic team aboard a private 70M+ expedition yacht. The successful candidate will lead the housekeeping department, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, organisation, and guest satisfaction. The role demands exceptional leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to perform effectively under high-pressure situations. You are seeking someone with a strong passion for running, cycling, or other fitness activities, as the crew is highly active and enjoys maintaining an energetic and healthy lifestyle. Housekeeping:

In-depth understanding of boat detailing methodology

Accurate and organised nature

Eye for detail and quick problem-solving

Thorough understanding of laundry operations

Summary Job Description (but not limited to):

Reporting to Chief Stewardess

Guest admin and preference database management

Continuous stock control and inventory management

Oversight of crew admin and areas

Crew cabin inspections and defects reporting

General management of housekeeping and laundry operations

Adherence to safety and security procedures

Departmental training and regular assessments

The expedition yacht has recently embarked on exciting journeys to breathtaking destinations such as Alaska, Sweden, Scotland, the Pacific Islands, and the US, offering an excellent opportunity to accrue sea miles. Required experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in hospitality and housekeeping or Minimum of 1 year's experience as Head of Housekeeping on a 60m+ motor yacht

Qualification: STCW ’95 Basic Safety Training, ENG1, Proficiency in Designated Security Duties (PDSD)Food Safety Level 2 and Discharge Book 

Due to cabin arrangements: Female  

Required Visa: Schengen Visa and a  B1/B2 visa (advantageous)
