Summary

We are currently recruiting for a female 2nd Officer to join a charter/private M/Y. This is a busy dual season program.

With a busy season under way they are in need of someone who has a strong understanding of managing deck team while displaying good leadership qualities. They should have strong deck maintenance knowledge, tender driving and water sports skills. There is a well established team on board so a 2nd Officer (open to Bosuns stepping up) who are positive, career driven and safety orientated would be welcomed. Proven longevity and excellent references are valued.

This contract is offering 60 days of leave annually. With a ratio of 30:70 in the bridge and on deck.

The candidates who apply will only be considered if they have worked on similar or bigger vessels due to the responsibility of managing the deck team.
