Requirements:

Captain: Master 200 (minimum Yacht Master Ocean Commercially Endorsed), PBL2, STCW, ENG1, AEC or good engineering knowledge.

Steward(ess)/Cook: must have YM Offshore min, STCW, ENG 1, Food and Hygiene L2

We are looking for a well-established TEAM to join a beautiful 25m private/charter S/Y with 3:3 rotation paid when onboard only.

Captain needs to be a strong sailor. Previous charter experience is a plus. Must have good engineering knowledge. The Stewardess/Cook should be passionate confident in both roles, needs sailing experience and with a passion for the sea. Family style cooking, no silver service, plated style.

Boat will be used 80% as Private and 20% as Charter. Family-owned boat normally 6 adults on board. Owners active and passionate sailors. Great plan ahead: Atlantic crossing and Pacific cruising during 2025.

3 cabins: 2 guest + 1 crew with large double bed
