LIVE-IN HOUSEKEEPER REQUIRED FOR HNW FAMILY IN NORTH LONDON

Salary: £540-£600 net per week, depending on experience

We are working with a high-net-worth family to source a trustworthy, and experienced full-time live-in Housekeeper to assist them with the smooth running of their family home in Hampstead, London. The ideal candidate will be energetic, hard working and able to manage their time efficiently, managing all housekeeping and laundry requirements at the property.
You will ensure that very high standards of cleanliness are maintained across the property and will be responsible for all general and deep cleaning duties. Further responsibilities will include laundry and ironing, unpacking deliveries, organising cupboards/drawers, and ensuring all groceries and household products are always topped up, and that the home is tidy. Cooking is not required, but if a candidate can cook, that would be a bonus.
Working from Monday to Friday, general working hours are from 7am-7pm, with a lunch break. Accommodation is provided in an en-suite bedroom within the home on a separate floor. The family are looking to hire a reliable and trustworthy Housekeeper with demonstrable longevity in previous roles. Though no childcare duties will be required, the family are looking to appoint a child-friendly housekeeper to remain with them long-term. The family also have a small, friendly dog, so the Housekeeper must be pet friendly.
DUTIES TO INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
•Daily cleaning including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, changing beds, cleaning bathrooms and kitchen
•Laundry, ironing, and wardrobe management, including caring for fine fabrics
•Managing stocks of cleaning products and groceries, including perishables
•Unpacking deliveries, organising cupboards and drawers
•Liaising with contractors and tradesmen
•Rubbish and recycling management
•Ad-hoc errand running
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
•Prior housekeeping experience in a high-end private household
•Active, energetic and dedicated
•Trustworthy, reliable and discreet
•Self-motivated and able to work independently
•Fluency in English and eligibility to work in the UK
•High attention to detail
•Excellent checkable references
