Summary

Busy Charter & Owner program, Completed large shipyard works in May and have been cruising happily since. Next large refit planned end of 2025 including paint, AVIT and interior. Vessel 7 years old and from a Nthrn European builder. Looking for Motivated Chief to continue to improve and develop the operation and technical program with the current team, both Chief and 2nd on rotation so 4 in department total, 2 on board.

Vessel has a great program to develop crew and assist in their career goals so a mentoring attitude to colleges is mandatory, as is a calm and neutral demeanor with the crew to compliment our current structure.
