Summary

Highly experience Bosun for a worlwide explorer. Highly experienced in driving large tenders and recovering in all weather conditions. Very high safety accumen with running a deck of 2 with assistance from the 2nd officer.

The vessel is equipped with bolidt decks, no fairing but there is a fair amount of stainless. In areas of heavy traffic or poor sea conditions we would expect the bridge to be double manned with one officer and one deckhand acting as lookout. A good knowledge of the duties of a lookout will be advantageous. The bridge is manned 24 hours a day at sea and at anchor.

The role will be on a 3:1 rotational system. There are 12 crew on board with a maximum of 10 guests. The crew is more mature and this is certainly not a party vessel. The ship will operate in some fairly extreme regions which also gives the opportunity to see the more hard to reach destinations.

YM offshore is essential for the role.
