Requirements:
STCW + Refresher
Food safety/hygiene
ENG1 or current fit for duty marine medical (valid for 6 months+)
Passport - valid 1 year+ minimum
Charter experience
B1/B2 visa or legal to work in the USA

Responsibilities
For Stew: Interior maintenance, service, provisioning, cocktail/mixology, housekeeping. If you can cook for the crew is a plus. For charters and extended trips with multiple guests they will hire a chef.
Expected amount of crew: 3 full time. I’m currently looking for full time Sole stew.
About the owner: Describes themselves as relaxed, fun people.
Usage: Private use with friends and family and charter. This can be discussed during an interview.
Vessel description: Sleeps 10 guests in 5 cabins, crews’ accommodations for 6 in 3 cabins with 2 heads. (1 Captain double with head and 2 x bunks with 1 head as well as crew area).
Salary range: Within yachting salary guidelines depending on experience - Good in USD + charter tips.
Package: Medical coverage, flights to and from the vessel, paid leave, etc. to be finalized during interview process. Ideally paid on a 1099 to an LLC if American.
