Location: Join in the Med to sail to the Caribbean (Winter Season)

We are seeking an experienced Head Housekeeper to join our busy 80+ meter charter/private motor yacht. The successful candidate will join an interior team of ten and work alongside a supportive Chief Stewardess.

Key Responsibilities:

•Lead, mentor, and manage a team of housekeepers.

•Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and service across all guest and crew areas.

•Manage detailed inventories of interior supplies, guest amenities, and crew provisions.

•Ensure efficient ordering, stock control, and timely replenishment of supplies.

•Utilize Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, etc.) for inventory management, schedules, and reporting.

•Work closely with the Chief Stewardess to ensure smooth interior operations.

•Uphold meticulous attention to detail and organization.

Requirements:

•Experience: 3-5 years of experience in housekeeping on yachts of a similar size.

•Leadership: Proven ability to lead a team, with strong mentoring and communication skills.

•Personality: Positive, drama-free, with a good sense of humor. Must fit well within a multi-national crew.

•Certificates: All required certificates up to date.

•References: Excellent references required and will be checked.
