Chase Boat Captain for a 55m+/11m yacht

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Chase Boat Captain to join a great team. If you are passionate about tender driving, enjoy water sports, and excel at managing your own vessel, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain tenders, particularly those 11m and larger.

Actively assist with deck work on main vessel during trips, especially for water sports activities.

Manage all aspects of the chase boat, including logistics, maintenance, planning, and spare parts.

Maintain rest hours and manage the vessel efficiently using tools such as Idea and Pinpoint.

Take pride in ensuring the vessel is always well-prepared and ready to go.

Will live on the chase boat and follow the main vessel.

Qualifications/skills

Yachtmaster CE ticket

Proven experience as a chase boat captain with a strong background in tender driving.

Excellent knowledge of tender maintenance and repair.

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to plan and manage logistics, including yard preparation.

Enthusiastic, energetic, and a team player willing to assist with deck and water sports activities.
