Job Title: Chief Stewardess / Household Manager

About the Position: We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Chief Stewardess / Household Manager with 2-3 years of experience to join a dynamic and lovely family in New York. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities, from managing the interior of the family’s yacht to overseeing the smooth operation of their multiple properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Yacht Management:

Ensure the interior of the yacht is in immaculate condition, well-organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.

Accompany the family on summer yacht trips, handling provisioning, housekeeping, laundry, and occasional light service.

Prepare small platters when required (no full meals expected).

Personal Assistance:

Act as a personal assistant to the Mrs., managing daily tasks around the house, including provisioning, flower arrangements, running errands, and administrative duties.

Assist with school pick-ups, driving, and homework support for the children.

Household Management:

Lead and supervise a team of housekeepers, ensuring all tasks are up to yacht standards across multiple properties.

Oversee the maintenance and operations of the family’s homes, including coordinating with vendors and troubleshooting household systems.

Manage and maintain a high standard of care across two current properties, with expansion to four properties in the near future.

Please Note:

The schedule is not fixed. Every week will vary based on the family\'s needs, and there isn’t an exact pattern of when you will be working or off. However, most weeks will include 2 days of rest.

The responsibilities outlined are not exhaustive. Additional tasks and duties may be assigned as required.
