We are looking for a Deckhand with a passion for Water sport and 1 years + as a Deckhand on a 40m-50m MY to join this well established, busy and high profile Private/Charter MY.

 

Our ideal candidate is a true “water baby” who loves everything that has got to do with water, water toys, how to use them and how to teach how to use them.  

 

We are looking for a professional individual with an outgoing, charismatic, friendly, approachable and easy-going nature, a great communicator, passionate about his job in a professional but relaxed manner.

 

We need a hardworking and enthusiastic candidate that loves to create great experiences for the guest and owners. This is a dual season yacht, so it is not for the faint hearted. This summer they had 8 weeks of charter and 2 weeks of private usage.

 

This is a Deckhand position with heavy focus on water sports such as jet skis, foilboard, windsurfing, wakeboarding, kitesurfing, sailing, kayaks, so any instructor licenses are a bonus.

 

B1B2 in hand is a big bonus.

 

The deck department consist of Chief Officer, 2nd Officer, Bosun, Lead Deckhand and 5 Deckhands.

 

Job Title: Deckhand – with focus on water sport

 

Contract: Rotation 5:1

 

Yacht: Private/Charter 90m+ MY

 

Starting date: 1st week October

 

About the program: MED/CAR

 

Required Documents/Certificates: STCW, ENG1, PDSD, B1B2 in hand is a bonus, YM and Watersport Instructor licenses are a bonus

 

Requirements for application: 1 years’ experience as a deckhand on a 40m-50m MY, Watersports enthusiast, great communicator, good verifiable references.

 

Salary: 3,000 Euros DOE + tips
