Seeking an experienced Mate to join the team. Be part of a supportive, tight-knit crew on a stunning, newer vessel.

Currently looking for a motivated Deckhand who is eager to learn from the Captain with the potential to eventually step into that role.

Vessel Details:

Flag: US-flagged (must be a U.S. citizen or green card holder)

Charter Schedule: 20+ weeks per year, including both charters and owner use

Program Type: Heavy charter operation with a focus on excellence and high standard

Position Requirements:

Experience as a Mate or senior Deckhand on similar-sized vessels.

Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a desire to learn.

Must be a U.S. citizen or green card holder due to vessel flagging.

Enthusiasm for charter work and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
