Experienced Chief Stewardess Required for 85m Charter/Private Yacht

We are seeking an organized, meticulous, and calm under pressure Chief Stewardess to lead the interior team of 9 aboard our busy 85m charter and private yacht. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating a positive onboard atmosphere, with a talent for mentoring and nurturing junior crew members.

Key Responsibilities:

•Lead and Manage: Oversee a team of 9 interior crew members, ensuring smooth daily operations.

•Exceed Guest Expectations: Consistently deliver a high-end, luxury experience that goes beyond the ordinary by anticipating guest needs and providing personalized, exceptional service.

•Inventory and Provisions: Maintain meticulous records and organization of inventories, provisions, and supplies. Efficiently manage stock levels to ensure the yacht is always fully prepared.

•Calm Under Pressure: Handle the demands of high-pressure situations with a calm and composed approach, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.

Qualifications:

•Minimum of 18 months of Chief Stewardess experience.

•Proven longevity with at least one year in consecutive roles.

•Charter experience is essential.

•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

•Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.

•Fluent in English.

•STCW, ENG1, Food Hygiene Level 2 certifications.

•Accounting and computer skills are essential.

•No visible tattoos.
