Summary

FIRST MATE required onboard a 44m Sail Yacht in French Polynesia.

A 44m charter and private sailing cat currently in the South Pacific is seeking a competent First Mate to join their crew. This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced sailor to work onboard a yacht with a great crew known for their longevity and an exciting itinerary; from French Polynesia to the Caribbean to the Med in 2025.

The ideal candidate will hold their Yacht Master Offshore, OOW, and have some experience on similar sized vessels.

This hands-on role requires a competent sailor who is eager to spend time on deck (~30%) and is capable of leading by example. Must be physically fit and have strong organisation skills.

Permanent role, start ASAP.

Location: French Polynesia (open to candidates worldwide)

Salary & Package: DOE, 38 days leave

Open to male or female candidates; must be willing to share a cabin with a male crew member.
