Summary

A 2024 new build 36-meter motor yacht catamaran looking for a skilled Mate/Deckhand.

Position: Permanent

Experience: 1-2 Years in Yachting minimum.

Benefits: Worldwide Health Insurance.

Salary: Dependent on Experience (DOE)

Start Date: Late November

Qualifications: STCW, ENG!, Master 200/OOW500GT minimum

Visa: The vessel will be going to the USA and Caribbean so a B1/B2 is essential.

Role Overview: The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for deck operations and be eager to take on a variety of responsibilities across departments. Vessel is part of a fleet of vessels with opportunities to assist at times on the fleet's 85m primary yacht.

Key Responsibilities: Support all deck operations, including maintenance, docking, and tender operations. Assist with navigation and safety procedures, ensuring the vessel is always charter-ready. Be proactive in assisting with guest activities and ensuring a high standard of service. Provide support to other departments as needed, ensuring smooth operations across the vessel.

Ideal Candidate : A positive, can-do attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities. Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently. Demonstrated experience and competence in deck operations, with the flexibility to assist other departments. A team player willing to learn and collaborate with the experienced crew.

Requirements: Must have strong references and proven longevity in previous roles. Ability to handle face paced environments as the vessel intends to charter regularly. great opportunity for someone looking to grow within a well known fleet and make their mark on a brand-new vessel.
