Summary

We are seeking a hardworking and motivated Deckhand to join our crew aboard 74m yacht. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build their career in the yachting industry while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• General maintenance of the yacht’s exterior, including cleaning, polishing, and painting

• Assisting with mooring, anchoring, and navigation duties

• Operating and maintaining tenders and watersports equipment

• Assisting guests with onboard activities, ensuring their comfort and safety

• Taking part in deck operations, including line handling, fender work, and safety drills

• Performing any other duties as required by the Captain or Chief Officer

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Deckhand

• Valid STCW Basic Safety Training and ENG1 Medical Certificate

• Strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude

• Ability to take direction well and work efficiently in high-pressure situations

• Knowledge of basic maintenance skills and water sports experience is a plus

• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn
