Service Stewardess required for this beautiful 100m+ BUSY dual season private yacht.

At least two years of experience onboard yachts. 4:2 Rotation with competitive salary package - to be discussed at interview stage. Medical insurance and return economy repatriation flights for each leave period, are included. Itineraries change but typically Mediterranean summers and winters TBC.

Part of fantastic HARD-WORKING team who rotate through the different areas of service. Cocktail know-how and confidence with serving high-end guests elegantly, is essential. Creativity with tables and ability in floristry, would be a huge plus, in addition to WSET courses.

The perfect candidate would also be qualified in Yoga or Pilates (not essential but a huge advantage).

The crew is drama-free, and is a close-knit group who not only work side by side, but also enjoy plenty of activities together during their time off, be it a crew meal, hiking, playing paddle, etc. A sincerely nice and active bunch with positive energy. Looking for a like minded crew member to keep that great dynamic and happy balance alive.

This is a crew with amazing HODs who lead by example and focus on growing their team skills without micromanagement. Longevity is a key part of the vessel’s culture. Yacht hoppers need not apply.
