Summary

Burgess recruitment is currently seeking a Temp Lead Deckhand for a 50m+ yacht

Will be covering for crew going on leave and on courses

At least 1-2 years’ experience on yachts

Strong maintenance experience, including knowledge of painting and products.

The position requires an experienced lead deckhand with good seamanship skills who can confidently do the day to day duties on deck, watches in port, a good knowledge of general repairs, polishing and wash downs.

You will be working alongside a less experienced deckhand and will be expected to provide guidance and support.

The primary focus during this time will be on maintenance tasks.

POSSIBILITY OF TURNING FULL TIME IF BOTH PARTIES HAPPY

Start Date: 1 October

End Date: January/February

Location: MED

Salary: EUR DOE

Leave: 3 days per month

The yacht will be based in the France during the winter.
