102" Motor Yacht, Foreign flag looking for:

Chase boat Captain/Mate for our coming charter season in the Bahamas.

Full time Position 38 days leave, MLC contract. During trips you will be sleeping inside the 35 Intrepid, Off trip in the fwd guest Cabin to give everyone space.

Position is a full time Mate job, In charge of the deck on the 102" and Tender, Needs to be self motivated as you will be working alone for the most part. Engineer and Captain will help on last minute wash downs etc. On trips you will be the full chase boat captain, doing all the tender runs and day excursions , Fishing is a must as the owners lover catching some big fish. Needs to be confident driving big tender alone and also have knowledge of the bahamas or fishing experience, Happy to teach for the right candidate.

There is ability to Hold watches underway along with learning to drive the larger vessel, Great opportunity for someone wanting to get some watch keeping and big boat manoeuvring experience.

Need someone to hit the ground running and not need a huge amount of guidance, After experience in all fields.

Month of trips already booked and likely to pick up charters over the coming weeks. When the owner and family is on board they also tip as well.

Boat will be in Miami or Fort Lauderdale whilst in the US and we will island hop for the winter season, checking out secluded anchorages. If US based you are more than welcome to stay of the boat and have a normal work week.

Salary depends on Experience, Crew is a very family style crew, everyone is friends and gets the work done and enjoys the benefits of the slower paced lifestyle. There are no politics and I want to keep it that way, Really need to fit into our crew dynamic.
