Summary
A solid 50m private/charter boat is looking for an experienced Bosun and Chief Stew couple to join in Palma, Mallorca. We’re starting a two month yard period, getting ready for a busy charter season ahead, cruising the Caribbean. The vessel is UK flagged and runs full ISM. We’re looking for a couple who takes pride in their work, can lead a team of 3 on deck and interior of 2 and is capable of teaching and directing more junior crew. They’ll be expected to competently run the deck but will be working closely with the Chief Officer. Will ideally someone looking to progress in their career and has a few of their OOW modules under their belt. The CO is keen on teaching and will provide the platform for further progression in both their TRB and bridge time. Must have jet tender experience and fully capable of taking a leading role in mooring operations. Vessel will be crossing to the Caribbean end of the year. Salary DOE but industry standard.
