Summary

2nd chef for a large single season private motor yacht, initially for a short yard period then Côte d’Azur based for the winter. This could become a permanent position for the right candidate I am looking for a chef with a hardworking and positive attitude coupled with a genuine enjoyment of cooking and eating mostly healthy freshly made meals. We will happily consider chefs with or without yacht experience who can satisfy ​ALL of the following; - At least three years strong experience as a chef (quality restaurant, hotel, bistro, gastropub) - Stcw 95/ 10 - ENG1. -Food hygiene level 2 - Driving license. - Fluent spoken and written English. - Strictly non smoker/vape etc - Fit and healthy attitude and lifestyle.
